Your order is based on the product, composition, finish, currency, personalisation, and delivery details shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may contact you if photographs are unsuitable or information is missing before work begins.
Your photographs
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photograph and other material you upload. You grant Furever Art permission to use those materials only as reasonably needed to prepare, review, fulfil, and support your order.
Creative variation and proofs
Hand-painted and artist-created work naturally includes small variations in colour, texture, brushwork, scale, and composition. A proof is an opportunity to request reasonable adjustments within the selected style. A different composition, new source material, or substantial change may require a new order or additional charge agreed with you first.
Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive material, or use the website in a way that harms its operation or other customers. We may decline and refund an order we cannot lawfully or appropriately fulfil.
Artwork use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, finished artwork is supplied for your personal, non-commercial use. Purchasing an order does not transfer rights in Furever Art branding, product designs, working methods, or website content.
Availability and delays
We take reasonable care to provide accurate information and estimates, but materials, carriers, technical services, and production schedules can change. If a significant issue affects your order, we will contact you with the available options.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.
