Frequently asked questions

What to expect from your photos through to proof, payment, and delivery.

What kind of photos work best?

Choose bright, sharp photos taken near eye level, with the full face visible and no heavy filters. Natural daylight is ideal. If a photo is not suitable, we will contact you before beginning.

Can I upload separate photos for a multi-subject portrait?

Yes. Pets and people can be photographed separately. We will compose them together according to the portrait style you select.

What happens after payment?

We securely receive your order details and uploaded reference photos, then review them before beginning. Stripe sends a payment receipt to the email entered during your order, and we use the same address for order updates.

Will I see the artwork before it is sent?

Yes. Where a proof is included with the selected product, you will receive a preview before physical fulfilment. Small adjustments within the chosen composition can be requested before approval.

How long will my order take?

Because every piece is personalised, timing depends on the product, photo quality, revision requests, and delivery destination. Any estimate is provided in good faith and may change during busy periods.

What is the difference between digital and physical products?

Digital artwork is supplied electronically and has no shipping time. Prints, canvases, framed paintings, charms, and jewellery are physical products that require production and delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged or is not as described?

Contact us promptly at fureverpetdesign@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

How are my uploaded photos used?

We use your photos to create, review, and fulfil your personalised order. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; Furever Art does not store full card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
