We may collect your name, contact details, billing and delivery details, order selections, personalisation notes, uploaded photographs, and communications about your order. We also receive basic technical and transaction information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use it
- To prepare, review, personalise, and fulfil your order.
- To communicate about photo suitability, proofs, revisions, delivery, and support.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.
- To maintain and improve the security and performance of the website.
Photographs and artwork
Your uploaded photographs are treated as private order materials. We use them to create and fulfil the work you request. We will not use identifiable customer photographs in public marketing without permission.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Furever Art does not receive or store your full payment card number. We may share only the information reasonably needed with providers that support payment processing, hosting, storage, delivery, fraud prevention, and customer service. Some providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy and security obligations.
Storage and retention
We retain order information and uploaded files only for as long as reasonably needed to create the work, provide support, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes.
Your choices
